We price every Surf Camp Canggu package in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR), the local currency, and list an approximate USD figure here purely for reference -- exchange rates move, so the IDR amount is always what's actually charged. "All-inclusive" on our packages means what it says: accommodation, food, surf coaching, equipment, and your airport transfer are in the price, not add-ons.
Looked at per day, the longer packages work out cheaper: the 5-day camp averages roughly Rp 1.500.000 per day, the 7-day camp around Rp 1.400.000 per day, and the 14-day camp around Rp 1.250.000 per day -- the extra length spreads the airport transfer and gets you more coached sessions per rupiah spent.
Compared with booking the pieces separately -- a Canggu guesthouse, daily drop-in lessons and board rental -- the all-inclusive camp price is typically similar or lower once you add up transport between lessons and accommodation, with the camp version including structured coaching and video analysis that day-to-day drop-in lessons usually don't.

How much deposit do I need to pay to book?
A 30% deposit confirms your spot and dates. The remaining 70% is paid on arrival at the camp in cash (IDR) or by card. We'll send you the exact deposit amount in IDR once you confirm your package and dates on WhatsApp.
How do I pay the deposit if I'm not in Indonesia yet?
International bank transfer or Wise both work well for the deposit -- we'll send account details once you confirm your package. The balance is then settled in person on arrival, which avoids extra international transfer fees on the larger amount.
What currency should I bring for the balance?
Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) cash is simplest and avoids card fees. We also accept card payments for the balance, with a standard ~3% processing fee added, which is common practice for card payments in Bali.
Are there any hidden fees on top of the package price?
No. The listed price is genuinely all-inclusive: room, breakfast, two surf sessions a day, boards and equipment, video analysis, and the Ngurah Rai airport transfer. The only optional costs are things you choose yourself -- laundry, extra private coaching, or extending your stay.
Is pricing different in high season (July-August)?
Package prices stay the same year-round. What changes in July-August and around Christmas/New Year is availability -- rooms fill up faster, so book 3-4 weeks ahead if you're travelling during Bali's peak season.
What is your cancellation and refund policy?
Full deposit refund if you cancel 14+ days before your arrival date. 50% of the deposit is refundable for cancellations 7-13 days out. Inside 7 days, the deposit is non-refundable, though we'll always try to move your dates instead of simply losing it, subject to availability.
