14 coached sessions, one full week, the package most of our campers choose.
The 7-Day Surf Camp is our most-booked package, and for a simple reason: a week is long enough to absorb at least one slower swell day without losing your week's progress, and short enough to fit most travel schedules without eating your whole Bali trip. It's the length most beginners and improvers land on once they talk through their goals with us.
Every day pairs a morning and an afternoon session, with your instructor adjusting the plan daily based on conditions and how you're progressing -- this isn't a fixed script repeated for every camper. Below is a realistic sample of how a week typically unfolds.
Adjusted daily for swell, tide and your progress.
Airport pickup from Ngurah Rai, check into your private room, camp orientation and a water-safety briefing. Afternoon session if you land early enough, otherwise an easy first sunset at the camp.
Morning session on fundamentals -- paddling technique, positioning, pop-up drills in the whitewash at Batu Bolong. Afternoon session builds directly on the morning's corrections.
We check the forecast and pick whichever of Batu Bolong, Echo Beach or Old Man's is working best. Focus shifts to catching waves independently and holding a line standing up.
Morning session filmed start to finish. Afternoon is a sit-down video review with your instructor -- this is usually where campers see the biggest "aha" moment of the week.
Depending on your level, this is where we introduce turning, trimming along the wave face, or simply more wave count for beginners still building confidence in the whitewash.
By now your instructor knows your weak points -- day 6 is tailored, whether that's more green-wave attempts, etiquette and reading sets, or just more reps on what's working.
One last morning session to put the week together, a group photo on the beach, and airport transfer timed to your flight.

On day 4 of your week we film a full session and sit down with you to review it -- what your stance looks like, how your timing on the pop-up compares to what it feels like in the water, where your weight is on the board. It's consistently the session campers mention as the turning point in their week.
It's a small thing, but seeing your own surfing on screen closes the gap between what an instructor is telling you and what you actually feel like you're doing -- most people are surprised by the difference.
“Day 4's video session was the moment everything clicked -- seeing myself pop up too late on camera explained everything my instructor had been telling me all week. By day 7 I'd fixed it.”
“We had two flat mornings during our week and I was worried it would wreck the camp, but they just moved us to Old Man's both times and we still surfed every single session.”
Yes -- it's actually our most-booked length for complete beginners. Day 1-3 covers the fundamentals, and by day 4-5 most first-timers are standing and riding whitewash consistently. If you want more buffer for bad-weather days, the 14-day package adds that margin.
We move sessions between Batu Bolong, Echo Beach and Old Man's depending on which is working that day, so a flat morning at one spot rarely means a lost session. Genuinely poor days become video review or technique sessions instead.
